Job Description:
As a Product Manager in the Product Solutions team, you will drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key solution areas. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience—ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. This role requires robust product thinking, stakeholder alignment, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive product vision, strategy,
and roadmap in collaboration with business and marketing teams, aligned to organizational goals and market opportunities. Requirements Gathering & Solutioning: Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to gather and define business and functional requirements. Create detailed requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications. Impact Analysis & Decision Making: Understand and evaluate technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and assess product ideas in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders. Product Development & Delivery: Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions. Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards across the product lifecycle.
