We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can build, create, and execute—not just manage from the sidelines. If you’re someone who enjoys doing the actual work (from writing to designing to running campaigns), this role is for you.

The right candidate will see AI as an enabler, not a threat—someone who embraces AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and impact. You’ll be expected to use your own skills alongside AI to deliver results in content, campaigns, design, and analytics.

Content & AI Strategy
- Write, design, and publish content for blogs, social, email, and website.
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, creation, and optimization without losing originality.
- Continuously experiment with recent AI tools to stay ahead.

Email Marketing
- Create, design, and execute campaigns end-to-end (templates, automation, workflows).
- Segment lists, run A/B tests, and improve performance based on data.

Paid Advertising
- Set up and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Do the keyword research, ad copywriting, and budget management yourself.




- Deliver measurable ROI and share performance insights.

Video Creation
- Script, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content.
- Work hands-on with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

Graphic Design
- Create campaign visuals, social posts, banners, and presentations.
- Work independently on tools like Adobe Suite or Canva.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance with Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Generate insights and take corrective action proactively.

WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and implement WhatsApp campaigns for engagement and lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and platform policies.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of real hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Comfort with AI marketing tools and automation.
- Strong skills in execution: writing, editing, designing, ad setup.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SE
