What You'll Do
- Be the go-to person for addressing any critical technical art implementation to ensure that asset creation follows accurate guidelines.
- Drive technical solutions to achieve high visual fidelity while balancing hardware limitations.
- Prepare and optimize visual assets for integration into the game engine.
- Troubleshoot and resolve visual or technical issues during development and testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers and artists to implement recent game features and UI builds.




- Support onboarding and training of junior Technical Artists.
- Assist in the preparation and ongoing development of workflow documentation.
- Find opportunities for, and build, custom tooling to empower the technical art team.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Experience with game development pipelines, preferably in slot or casual games.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Github) and task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Exposure to Unity, GLSL shaders, or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, composition structures, and asset optimization.
- A proactive approach with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
