The Pesticide Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of pesticide development and production projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering high-quality crop protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage end-to-end pesticide projects including formulation, testing, registration, and commercialization.

Coordinate with R&D;, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and marketing teams.

Ensure all projects comply with national and international pesticide regulations (e.g., CIBRC, REACH).

Track project milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on time

and within budget.

Liaise with external partners such as CROs, testing labs, and government bodies.

Prepare project reports, presentations,



and documentation for internal and regulatory review.

Monitor field trials, efficacy studies, and toxicology reports.

Recommend process improvements for pesticide formulation and production.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Ensure product safety, sustainability, and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in agrochemical/pesticide project management.

-
Robust knowledge of pesticide regulations, product registration, and formulation techniques.

-
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

-
PMP certification is a plus.
