We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Engineer with a robust focus on test automation expertise and a solid foundation in manual testing. The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex business domains, contributing to high-quality software delivery through modern testing practices and tools.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Automation QA Engineer
- Solid expertise in automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Strong product/domain understanding with ability to explain workflows, business processes, and project functionality clearly.
- Hands-on experience in building and implementing automation frameworks from
- Good understanding of manual testing practices
- Ability to work with complex business domains
- Experience implementing Al-powered testing tools and methodologies within the SDLC
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Good experience in mentoring / leading a team of qa's.
- Strong communication and detailed answering capability
Nice to have:
- Experience in X-ray
- Experience working on HCM products
- Experience with NLP/Plain English automation tools like TestRigor
- Candidates should be an immediate joiner
- Please note: The duration may vary from 8 months to 24 months - ongoing. (Performing candidates will be moved to newer projects)
