Roles and responsibilities
Be the Technical Expert:
- Receive, assess, respond to, and follow up complex/technical client requests and provide in-depth technical support related to part identification and insights and follow up on requests related to products/brands, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive customer support, contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.
- Act as the go-to technical expert for specific product lines and brands, providing deep technical insights to customers.
Leverage parts recognition experience and mechanical aptitude to meet customer expectations.
- Provide top-tier technical support on sold parts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Personal Capability Building:
- Acquire and maintain sound technical knowledge for the parts for the clearly defined product and / or brand range .
- Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies, industry trends, and product specifications.
- Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of the organization's technical knowledge base, via acquired experience or consulting personal network.
Master the Data:
- Manage, update, and expand our database of material handling, construction, industrial equipment and product-range technical documents.
