About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Designer to join our team, specializing in designing and visualizing commercial office spaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, technical expertise in 3D design, and a passion for transforming office environments into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and accurate 3D designs and visualizations for commercial office spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to develop design concepts.
- Prepare high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs using 3Ds Max, Vray, Google SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
- Interpret and transform 2D layouts into 3D visual presentations.
- Ensure designs align with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.




- Work closely with the execution team to ensure seamless implementation of designs in office.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior designing, specifically for commercial office spaces.
- Proficiency in 3Ds Max, Vray, Google SketchUp, and AutoCAD is a must.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in commercial office space designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Strong visualization and spatial design skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
