ï· Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

ï· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for sales and factory roles

ï· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements

ï· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

ï· Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract quality candidates

ï· Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT

ï· Manage recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring metrics

ï· Maintain employer branding and candidate experience

Requirements
ï· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

ï· 3–6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in solar, EPC, or manufacturing industry)

ï· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

ï· Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring

ï· Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

ï· Ability to work in a fast-paced,
