As a Senior Associate within the Global Payroll Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, and supporting global payroll implementations. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, resolve complex payroll matters, and enhance service delivery. This role offers an opportunity to deepen your payroll expertise, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.





Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead payroll reconciliations, validations, and payroll reporting activities.
- Support payroll implementations and entity setup on Global Payroll Platforms.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to address payroll-related queries and deliver effective solutions.
- Review payroll outputs and controls to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Prepare and review payroll documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
- Guide and mentor junior team members while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, data privacy, and professional conduct.

What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of payr
