Function: Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC) Location: Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities
Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a member of
the team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting
advisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards,
assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager / Associate Director with project execution and management.
Responsibilities:
Consulting
clients on diverse business and finance transformation engagements including
participating and managing consulting engagements with emphasis on:
•
Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial
statements w.r.t IFRS and GAAP
•
Diverse business and process improvement engagements
•
CFO agenda-related topics
•
Support the Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and act
as a point of contact for clients.
•
Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues and conduct
research on accounting topics and prepare technical memos.
•
Ensuring our engagement team thoroughly understands our clients’ unique needs, ambitions,
and expectations
•
Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide
seamless integrated service
•
Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our services and
processes

Qualification
· Qualified CAs
· CA’s with experience of working in
technical accounting/financial reporting.
· 1-3 years of
relevant experience
Requirements
Should
have recent experience in the planning, execution, and reporting of financial
statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP; or recent
experience in providing financial reporting advisory services with emphasis over
risk identification, assessment and mitigation, finance
transformation/optimization, internal control system
