Lead Endpoint Engineer

Our site in Pune, India is seeking a ​​​​​​​Lead Endpoint Engineer to join our team. The Lead Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure and productive endpoint solutions for our organization. This role requires expertise in endpoint technologies, infrastructure design, and solutions including Endpoint management & operations, DaaS, Enterprise Print, VDI, Windows 365, Audio video conferencing, software and OS management and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern device management, security protocols, and automation in large-scale, complex environments with a focus on providing seamless user experiences while ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

What You’ll Do:
- Implementation and Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the entire endpoint technology stack, covering Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Develop and enforce robust security policies and configurations for all endpoints,



working closely with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams.
- Architect and manage key endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM/MECM) and Apple Business Manager including imaging, autopilot.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of endpoint solutions and environment.
- Monitoring and Optimization:
- Drive automation initiatives for software packaging, OS deployment (SCCM OSD, Windows Autopilot, zero-touch provisioning), patching, and configuration management using advanced scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Monitor endpoint systems for performance and compliance.
- Optimize endpoint configurations to enhance security and performance.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of endpoint systems.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Serve as the escalation point (Tier 3/4) for complex, high-impact endpoint-related incidents, performing root caus
