We are looking for a creative and analytical Media Strategist to develop and execute effective media strategies across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in campaign planning, audience targeting, media buying, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Identify target audiences and create effective media plans based on market research and consumer behavior.
- Allocate and optimize media budgets to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, media innovations,



and competitor strategies.
- Build relationships with media vendors, agencies, and platform partners.

Requirements
- Robust understanding of digital media planning and buying.
- Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and performance marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Media Planning, or Performance Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with prior agency or performance marketing experience will be preferred.
