We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition across two of our most critical capability areas: Technology (product, engineering, data, and digital marketing) and Retail Operations (store management, visual merchandising, client relations, and supply chain). You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers while crafting candidate experiences worthy of a luxury brand.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior roles across Technology (software engineering, product management, UX/UI, data analytics, e-commerce, digital marketing) and Retail Operations (store managers, client advisors, VM specialists, operations, inventory,, supply-chain leads).

Build and continuously refine talent pipelines through proactive sourcing — LinkedIn Recruiter, niche tech platforms, luxury retail networks, campus partnerships, and referral programmes.

Design and conduct structured interviews; develop role-specific competency frameworks in collaboration with department heads.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership





Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers; translate business objectives into exact talent profiles and workforce plans.

Partner with the Head of Retail and CTO to anticipate headcount needs, ensure hiring is aligned to seasonal peaks (collection launches, festive campaigns), and manage resource planning.

Provide regular, data-driven hiring updates — time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health — using ATS dashboards and weekly briefs.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

Champion a best-in-class candidate journey that reflects Starla's luxury ethos at every stage — from first outreach to day one.

Collaborate with Marketing to amplify Starla's employer brand on social channels, glassdoor, and at industry events.

Craft compelling job narratives and outreach communications that speak authentically to both tech talent and luxury retail professionals.
