Job Description:
- Provide technical solutions and maintain product documentation.
- Provide technical support to Purchase and Marketing teams. Support marketing team to understand the requirement and in offering our products to customers regularly.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop new products that meet market demands and Lead product research and improvement initiatives.
- Drive the development process, from concept to implementation, ensuring quality and technical specifications are met.
- Participate in R&D; (SHODH) initiatives for product and process innovation.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing products and the development of recent solutions.
- Address customer complaints and prepare RCA and reports.
- Engagement in new testing and certification requirements.
- Collaborate on technical product positioning and market research.
- Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams during customer interactions and presentations.
- Address sample requirements by coordinating and providing necessary samples as per marketing needs.
- Contribute to social media activities by providing technical inputs for blogs, infographics, FAQs, posters, and product promotions.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure accurate and engaging content for various platforms.
- Assist in showcasing technical expertise through informative and visually appealing promotional materials.
- Confident in delivering technical presentations to customers and addressing their queries.
- Act as the technical liaison between customers and the internal R&D; or production teams.
- Develop training programs for sales teams to enhance their understanding of FR garments and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background - Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field
- 6-7 years of experience; Preferred: 2-3 years of work experience in the field of technical textiles, preferably in Protective textiles/apparel
