The candidate will be responsible for handling all RTO-related works for cranes, trailers, and other company vehicles. This includes registration, permits, taxes, renewals, loan closures, and coordination with RTO offices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all RTO documentation for cranes, trailers, and heavy vehicles.
- Handle processes related to registration, fitness certificates, road tax, life tax, and various permits.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle-related documents and maintain proper digital and physical records.
- Visit RTO offices for submission, collection, and follow-up on applications and clearances.
- Assist in equipment purchase and sale documentation, coordinate with dealers, financiers, and buyers.
- Handle miscellaneous external works related to vehicle compliance and company needs.
Requirements:
- Must have working knowledge of RTO procedures, especially for cranes and trailers.
- Prior experience in handling vehicle documentation and liaising with RTO offices is preferred.
- Should have good computer knowledge to maintain and update records accurately.
- Willing to travel for official tasks and external coordination.
- Should be capable of speaking English and Hindi
