We are seeking an experienced executive to lead/support the
organization's financial strategy, business planning, capital management,
investor engagement, banking relationships, and corporate governance framework.
The executive will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving
sustainable growth, profitability, financial discipline, and long-term value
creation while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder
management.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

1. Financial Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop
and execute the organization's financial strategy aligned with business
objectives.
- Partner
with the CFO and leadership team on long-term growth plans, investments,
and expansion initiatives.
- Provide
financial insights and recommendations to support strategic
decision-making.
- Drive
annual operating plans, business forecasting, and profitability
improvement initiatives.

2. Lead Banking & Financial Institution Relations
- Build
and maintain robust relationships with banks, financial institutions,
NBFCs, and lending partners.
- Lead




negotiations related to working capital facilities, term loans, project
financing, and other funding requirements.
- Evaluate
financing structures and funding alternatives to support business growth.
- Ensure
compliance with banking covenants and reporting requirements.

3. Lead Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management
- Act
as the primary financial interface with investors, promoters, board
members, private equity partners, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare
and present business performance updates, financial outlooks, and
strategic initiatives.
- Lead
fundraising activities, investment discussions, and due diligence
processes.
- Drive
transparent communication and build investor confidence.

4. Lead Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure
adherence to all statutory, regulatory, corporate, and financial
compliance requirements.
