Role Summary
The AI Solutions Engineer will prototype, test,
and deliver internal AI applications that improve efficiency across GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, BizOps). The role combines applied AI/ML knowledge, software engineering skills, and a strong understanding of GTM workflows to deliver practical, business-impacting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Application Development
- Build internal applications using LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Integrate AI into GTM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Google Sheets, etc.
- Develop scripts and automations for data enrichment, copy assistance, and reporting.
- Prototyping & Experimentation
- Rapidly test new AI models and APIs, validate feasibility, and create MVPs.
- Evaluate and document performance, accuracy, and usability for GTM use cases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and BizOps teams to capture pain points and translate them in
