We are looking for an experienced IT leader to spearhead its digital transformation journey. The IT Head will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of SAP S/4 HANA across all modules and for driving enterprise‑wide automation to improve efficiency, agility and data‑driven decision‑making. The role requires an individual with a deep understanding of manufacturing and supply‑chain processes, a digital‑first mindset, and the ability to integrate multiple SaaS platforms into a cohesive technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP S/4 HANA Leadership

· Integration & Enhancement: Lead the integration and continuous improvement of SAP S/4 HANA modules (PP, MM, SD, FICO, QM, PM, WM etc.) across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory management, production planning, accounting and preventive maintenance.

· System Optimisation: Ensure high availability, performance and security of SAP environments. Plan and execute upgrades, patches, migrations and enhancements in line with business requirements and industry best practices.

· Process Alignment:



Translate business processes into SAP workflows & champion best‑practice standardisation

· Training & Change Management: Develop user training and support programmes to maximise adoption of SAP functionality and ensure data quality.

2. Process Automation & Efficiency

· Prospect Identification: Work with functional leaders to analyse end‑to‑end processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory management, production planning, maintenance, finance, document management and expense management.

· Hands‑on Implementation: Deploy automation solutions (e.g., RPA, IoT, machine‑learning‑driven forecasting and scheduling tools) that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and shorten cycle times.

· Continuous Improvement: Establish a framework for measuring process efficiency and implement dashboards/metrics to drive ongoing improvements.
