Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to handle domestic and international airline ticketing, visa processing, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel operations, airline reservation systems, visa procedures, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Airline Ticketing & Reservations
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Process ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide fare quotations and travel options to clients.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for bookings and special requests.
- Manage complex travel itineraries and group bookings.

Visa Processing
- Guide clients on visa requirements and documentation.
- Assist with visa applications, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.




- Track visa status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with visa and immigration regulations.

Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide travel advice, itinerary support, and pre-travel guidance.
- Resolve booking issues, travel disruptions, and customer concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Operations & Coordination
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams.
- Monitor reservations, visa applications, and payment status.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing.
- Experience in visa processing and travel documentation.
- Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Out
