About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our FinCrest team. This role focuses on acquiring and managing clients for financial technology offerings such as business automation, CFO Services, financial services, compliance services.

You will engage with founders, CXOs, finance heads, and decision-makers, understand their financial and operational challenges, and recommend tailored solutions. The role demands a robust consultative sales approach,



industry awareness, and ownership of end-to-end sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients including startups, SMEs, enterprises, CA firms, and finance-led businesses requiring our solutions.
- Execute structured prospecting strategies using LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, inbound leads, partnerships, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across defined industry segments.

Consultative FinTech Selling:
- Understand client pain points related to cash flow, compliance, reporting, lending, financial visibility, automation, or scalability.
- Present and sell customized financial solutions such as:
- Payment & collections platforms
- Finance & accounting automation tools
- ERP / SaaS finance products
- Lending, credit, or cash-flow management solutions
- Compliance, reporting, or analytic
