We are seeking a IT Application Analyst to support and enhance our Project Controls and Project Management application landscape. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and supporting enterprise applications, coordinating system integrations, and delivering technology solutions that enable successful project execution across the organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, enhancement, support, and lifecycle management of Omega365, while also supporting complementary project controls solutions such as Primavera P6 and Deltek Acumen Risk.



This position will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, integration partners, and technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions that drive operational excellence.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is accountable for the following:
Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Omega365 Application Support & Configuration
- Configure, maintain, and support Omega365 modules and related applications.
