We are hiring for a Financial Services Client, an ambitious Assistant Area Manager (AAM) / Area Manager (AM) to serve as the Location Head for it's Financial Product Distribution (FPD) channel.
You will lead city-level sales, marketing, and distribution strategies for our comprehensive wealth management and financial planning portfolios.
Reporting directly to the Zone Head, you will manage, scale, and motivate a large network of part time and salaried distributors.
Job Location : Delhi & Delhi NCR
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Location Leadership.
Take full ownership as the Location Head to drive city-level business growth.
Report directly to the Zone Head on revenue, sales targets, and market expansion.
Deploy localized marketing initiatives to scale the client's wealth management footprint.
FPD Distribution Network Management :
Lead and motivate a network of 50–100 freelance and part-time distributors.
Oversee agent performance via third-party vendor payroll systems smoothly.
Conduct regular training sessions on financial markets and new product launches.
Implement active agent-retention strategies to maintain a high-performing distribution pipeline.
Client Acquisition & Financial Advisory:
Acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients through strategic pitching.
Conduct deep financial health checks to diagnose specific client needs accurately.
Deliver personalized investment portfolios spanning diverse wealth products.
Ensure absolute compliance with regulatory norms and internal financial planning codes.
