We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Supervisor (Trichy & Madurai) in Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu / Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Train and guide staff on customer service standards and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels of sweets and savory products.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and reduce wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
- Support cash counter activities and daily closing procedures.
- Encourage customer engagement and online review generation.

Required Skills
- Team Leadership – Ability to supervise and motivate retail staff.




- Customer Service Management – Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control – Monitoring stock and minimizing wastage.
- POS & Basic Computer Knowledge – Handling billing and operational systems.
- Retail Operations Management – Managing daily branch activities efficiently.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in bakery, QSR, restaurant, or food retail operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work adaptable retail shifts and holidays.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail food, bakery, QSR, restaurant, or related customer-facing environments. Experience managing teams, inventory, and customer interactions is preferred.

Education
- Minimum Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
- Preferred Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Additional Certifications: Retail Operations or Food Safety Certi
