Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the strategy for our high-performance database core. You will define and drive the product vision and own the roadmap for critical components, including the compiler, engine, data management, and interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for the database core
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers and create product documentation for upcoming engineering cycles to ensure roadmap execution
- Engage with customers to maintain strong customer-centricity
- Manage stakeholders effectively and drive internal alignment across teams
- Analyze market trends to stay ahead of competition and identify true differentiators
Represent and evangelize the product at events and conferences

Required Qualifications




- Proven experience defining product strategy and roadmap for complex technical products
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to drive product documentation and execution
- Solid customer engagement skills with a focus on understanding real user needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and maintain organizational alignment
- Market analysis skills to identify opportunities and differentiators
- Experience presenting and evangelizing products at industry events or conferences

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with both on-premises and modern cloud-based architectures
- Hands-on SQL expertise and familiarity with data science concepts
