We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Teamcenter PLM Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, developing and maintaining PLM solutions that support Aerospace's engineering and manufacturing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of Teamcenter PLM, robust technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Participate in coding and development activities to build and enhance PLM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement PLM strategies, roadmaps, and best practices to optimize product development processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Configure and customize Teamcenter to support various engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Integrate Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD, MES) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in PLM technologies, recommending improvements and innovations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of PLM tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all PLM activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in PLM solutions architecture, with a focus on Siemens Teamcenter.
