About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales professional to drive business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients across India. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B SaaS Fintech or HRTech sales, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a proven track record of engaging with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CXOs, and business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new enterprise customer acquisition for HRTech solutions or Fintech across mid-market and large enterprises.

Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise opportunities through consultative selling.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, CXOs,



Procurement teams, and business stakeholders.

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations, proposal management, and contract closure.

Develop and execute strategic account acquisition plans to consistently achieve revenue targets.

Build, maintain, and accurately manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.

Ensure 100% CRM adoption with accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting.

Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to maximize business opportunities.

Work with channel partners, strategic alliances, and referral partners to expand market reach.

Understand client hiring, workforce, and HR transformation challenges and position HRTech solutions accordingly.
