We are seeking an experienced Senior Java + AWS Technical Lead / Technical Designer to lead the design and implementation of cloud-native, microservices-based, and event-driven systems. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of Java development experience combined with 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience, and a proven track record in AWS cloud modernization initiatives. This role requires robust full stack Java expertise, deep technical design skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex architectural and implementation challenges.





Roles & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical design and implementation for Java-based enterprise applications.
Lead AWS cloud modernization programs, transforming legacy monolithic systems into microservices and event-driven architectures.
Design, develop, and review Java full stack solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Define microservices architecture, service boundaries, API contracts, and integration patterns.
Design and implement event-based solutions using Kafka.
Guide teams on effective use of AWS native services and cloud best practices.
Architect and optimize data access layers, caching strategies using Redis, and database integrations. Work closely with architects, DevOps, and product teams to align technical designs with business objectives.
Perform code reviews, design reviews, and mentor senior and junior developers.
