About the Role:
As the Alumni Relations Associate at Mumbai, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding IIDE’s alumni network through consistent engagement, relationship-building, and strategic collaborations. This role involves coordinating alumni-driven initiatives, supporting placement opportunities, fostering industry partnerships,
and driving outreach activities while ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and departments. You will work closely with alumni, HR professionals, and corporate stakeholders to create meaningful engagement opportunities and contribute to IIDE’s growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
â Alumni Engagement & Relationship Management:
â Build and maintain strong relationships with IIDE alumni to strengthen and grow the alumni network.
â Invite alumni for masterclasses, guest lectures, super sessions, panel discussions, and other engagement initiatives.
â Actively participate in and support alumni-driven events, networking initiatives, and community engagement activities.
â Share relevant job opportunities and hiring updates with alumni communities.
â Outreach & Corporate Relations:
â Execute outreach activities through emails, WhatsApp, calls, and regular follow-ups.
