Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced In-Mould Labelling (IML) Specialist to manage and optimize the IML process in plastic moulding operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in moulding machines, IML setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality production with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up, and maintain in-mould labelling systems integrated with injection moulding machines.
- Monitor moulding cycles to ensure proper label placement, adhesion, and quality.
- Conduct troubleshooting of IML machines, robots, and automation systems.
- Optimize cycle times, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-efficient operations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on moulds, robots, and IML equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and monthly output targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards (ISO,



GMP, etc.).
- Train and guide junior operators/technicians on IML processes.
- Maintain proper records of production, downtime, and quality checks.

Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding and in-mould labelling automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot IML systems, robotics, and sensors.
- Hands-on experience with mould setup, changeovers, and production planning.
- Understanding of plastics materials, moulding parameters, and label compatibility.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer Engineering or relevant field.
