Key Responsibilities
• Project Management, Planning & Site Supervision of the MEP contractor’s work.
• Review of Materials Submittals, Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method Statements, and bill
certification.
• Carry out site inspection.
• Review, approve, and supervise Testing & Commissioning and handing over documents.
• Liaison with Clients, Contractor, Statutory Authorities & other terms.
• Preparation of BOQ and Cost Estimation.
• Attending techno-commercial, pre-bid meetings.
• Client Coordination.
• Chair MEP site meetings.
• Handle projects independently.
• Ensuring a protected working environment for everyone at the site.
• Assisting the Management and superiors in preparing the project report and budget.
Requirements to Apply
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Ability to read and understand designs
and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary team workplace.
