Job Description :
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Account Director – Social Media to lead large scale, integrated campaigns and drive digital brand success. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing social-first yet 360° brand campaigns across industries. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery—from strategy and creative to execution and performance—while leading and mentoring a high performing team.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of 360° digital and social media campaigns across multiple clients and industries
- Act as the strategic partner and point of contact for senior client stakeholders Guide internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
- Develop and present social-first strategies aligned with broader brand and business goals
- Monitor campaign performance and insights to drive ongoing optimization and innovation
- Manage account health, profitability, resource allocation,



and team performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve

Required Skills & Experience:
- 11+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or integrated brand communications
- Proven success in leading large-scale, multi-platform campaigns with strong client facing experience
- Solid understanding of digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), trends, and analytics
- Expertise in building brand strategy, content planning, influencer marketing, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid to junior-level talent

Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a digital/creative agency setup
- Exposure to regional/international markets and consumer behaviour
- Hands-on experience with social liste
