Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical services sector.
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Strong proficiency in cost control strategies, operational efficiency improvement, and financial modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), tax regulations, and compliance frameworks applicable to healthcare organizations.




- Advanced skills in financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional financial initiatives and managing audit processes.
- Solid leadership, team management, and change management skills with a focus on operational excellence.
