Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Bing), social media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok),



programmatic display, and retargeting platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to improve KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV:CAC.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Build and maintain detailed reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and sales—to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer journey stages.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising.
