Physician
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated General Medicine Physician to join
our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will manage a wide spectrum of adult
medical conditions, provide preventive care, and coordinate with specialists to
ensure comprehensive patient management. Strong diagnostic skills and a
patient-centered approach are essential.
Qualifications:
â Medical degree (MBBS, MD/DNB in General Medicine) from an accredited
institution.
â Board certification in Internal Medicine or equivalent.
â Valid medical license to practice in [Insert State/Region].
â Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
â Strong communication and patient management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
â Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with a range of acute and
chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, infections, respiratory
diseases).
â Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, including regular
follow-up.
â Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures.




â Formulate treatment plans and adjust medications based on clinical progress.
â Coordinate with subspecialists for referrals and multidisciplinary care.
â Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and
medication adherence.
â Maintain thorough and timely documentation using EHR systems.
â Respond to medical emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
â Stay updated with current guidelines, protocols, and advancements in internal
medicine.
Preferred Skills:
â Experience managing complex, multi-system diseases.
â Exposure to ICU or critical care is an added advantage.
â Proficiency with EHR systems.
â Experience in academic or teaching roles is a plus.
â Bilingual communication skills are beneficial.
