You've outgrown building for other people's visions. This is the role where that changes.
Most co-founder searches look like senior engineering roles with a vague equity line at the bottom. This isn't one. Perhire is backed by Build3, has a live WhatsApp matching POC already in use, and is heading into a new funding round. We need a technical co-founder who can stand alongside us as co-builder and as the CTO that raise requires. We're looking for someone who wants to own the architecture from day one, not inherit a spec and execute against it.
We're building in the future of work space. A specific corner of it that's large, under-built in India, and overdue for an AI-native approach. We'll share the full picture in the first conversation; we just don't put the thesis on a job post.
About Perhire:
We're an AI-native platform rethinking how talent and work connect. Clients get curated, vetted matches. No bidding wars. Talent gets scoped briefs that fit their expertise. No proposal spam. We have a live WhatsApp matching POC, backing from Build3,
and a platform build starting Q2 2026 post-raise.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 6-10 years building and shipping production systems you owned end-to-end.
- Hands-on with LLMs or multi-agent AI. Not tutorial-level, production-level.
- Comfortable making architecture calls when the requirements are still moving.
- Python and/or Node.js fluency; robust instincts on infrastructure, APIs, and data models.
- Based in or willing to be in Bangalore. This is a build-together role.
What you'll build:
- An AI-native product from 0â1. You make the architecture decisions, not just implement them.
- Multi-agent systems built for production, not demos.
- Infrastructure that handles real user load from day one. No "we'll scale it later" debt.
- A technical foundation across backend, AI layer, API design, and eventually a small engineering team.
- A co-founder relationship built on direct communication, shared ownership, and hone
