What you’ll build
As a senior UX writer/in-product content designer for SAP Ariba, your tasks will include:
- Independently leading design of in-product content, such as UI texts, onboarding flows, guided experiences, error messages, and contextual guidance, that makes complex workflows intuitive
- Owning the content design decisions for your assigned product areas and acting as the primary point of contact in those domains.
- Close collaboration with UX designers, researchers, and writers; PM, engineers, and technical writers across the entire design lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency within your product area and across our Procurement suite.
- Leveraging and exploring tools and skills for AI-first UX writing to scale content creation, improve consistency, and explore innovative content approaches.
- Acting as an advocate for a coherent, high-quality user experience with content as a core
