About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated US Recruiter to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to support hiring requirements for our US-based clients. You will receive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (phone/online interviews).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within set timelines.
- Track and update recruitment activities using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)



or internal databases.
- Stay updated with US job market trends, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (experience with US IT/Non-IT staffing is an advantage, but freshers with robust communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
