In this vital role, the Senior Associate, Learning & Performance will support the execution of key operational, reporting, and program coordination activities across Global Learning & Performance. This role helps enable scalable, high-quality delivery of initiatives spanning leadership development, customer engagement capabilities, and launch readiness.
By partnering closely with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Associate will help ensure learning assignments, governance processes, reporting, and program tracking are delivered with accuracy, consistency, and speed. The role plays an important part in supporting GL&P;’s shift toward more insight-led, efficient, and technology-enabled ways of working, while strengthening the quality and scalability of learning and performance solutions.
