Build AI native, integration-first HR ecosystems around SAP SuccessFactors by combining deep SuccessFactors integration expertise with agentic AI architectures (LLMs + tools + retrieval + evaluation). The role focuses on designing and delivering reliable, governed, event-driven integrations across SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems, and augmenting them with intelligent integration capabilities such as automated mapping, anomaly detection, self-healing runbooks,



and conversational integration operations—without training foundation models from scratch.
Core Responsibilities
1) Integration Architecture & Delivery (SuccessFactors Core)
Design and implement end-to-end SuccessFactors integrations across HR domains (employee lifecycle, organizational data, onboarding, learning, recruiting, payroll-adjacent flows).
Build and support integrations using standard SuccessFactors integration approaches (API-based, file-based, event-triggered, scheduled/batch), aligned to enterprise integration patterns.
Define integration blueprints including interface contracts, payload schemas, transformations, error handling, retries, and reconciliation approaches.
2) Enterprise Connectivity & Middleware Engineering
Engineer integrations between SuccessFactors and enterprise systems (ERP, payroll, identity & access, finance, time systems, third-party HR apps, data platforms).
