Job Purpose: The Cluster Manager - FQA oversees final product inspections, ensuring solar cells meet specified quality standards. This role conducts quality audits, manages defect analysis and corrective actions, collects and analyzes customer feedback,
and ensures compliance with industry standards, contributing to improved product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Safety :
- Follow and promote safety guidelines during inspections and quality checks, contributing to a secure work environment.
Final Product Inspection:
- Oversee final product inspections to ensure solar cells meet specified quality standards, including visual inspections and implement rigorous inspection protocols.
Quality Audits:
- Conduct regular audits of final inspection processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Identify opportunities for improvement based on audit findings and implement necessary changes.
Defect Analysis and Corrective Actions:
- Track and analyze defects in finished solar cells, using tools like Pareto analysis and root cause analysis. Develop and execute corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
