Work Mode: Work From Office (as per project requirement)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Architect with solid expertise in end-to-end implementations and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Work extensively on HRSD module implementation and configuration
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution design
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and platform governance
• Guide development teams and provide technical leadership
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience as ServiceNow Architect
• Proven expertise in HRSD module (mandatory)
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
