- Work in a team environment to implement and support ECM
products
- Work closely with a project manager to complete tasks
in system implementations
- The engineer will conduct the following customer/site
related tasks:
- implement software in
multi-vendor environments
- perform business rule analysis
- creating current or enhancing
custom batch jobs
- work with large migrations of
files either in or out of ECM systems
- experience using Tungsten
Capture native batch classes along with batch classes synchronized to use KTM
7.1.0 advanced form recognition
- analyze enhanced requirements
and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
- consult with customers on
system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and
procedures
- willing to work in afternoon




shifts IST and weekend/evening support based on criticality or business
urgency.

Requirements
Experience in Documentum version 22.4 or other ECM
solutions

Experience in Kofax Tungsten Capture version 11.1 and KTM
7.1.0

Experience using DFC api or TBO customizations

Experience in Java and VB.net are needed. Skills in
SQL, REST Api, JSON, Modern OAuth 2.0 are a plus.

Experience in Red Hat or similar Linux operating system;
Windows Server 2022 operating system
- Should have extensive background in:
Content Server, xPlore, DA, Webtop, DFS, Azure Blob storage is a plus
