Job Overview

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will own customer communication and manage the entire project lifecycle for enterprise cloud engagements, ensuring successful delivery of cloud and GenAI solutions. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background, structured project management discipline, senior-stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Own and manage all customer communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Independently identify, engage,



and manage stakeholders across the customer organization — including business, technical, and executive stakeholders — rather than relying on a single point of contact for requirements or direction.
- Project Kickoff and Onboarding: Schedule and facilitate internal and kickoff calls, onboard the team and customers for project delivery.
- Project Management: Create and manage the lifecycle of projects using Jira boards, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed on time.
- Structured Status Reporting: Drive daily and weekly status communication using structured PM frameworks such as RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status, and YTB (Yesterday/Today/Blockers) — rather than unstructured, plain-text updates.
- Timely Updates: Provide regular, consolidated project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Timesheet Review and Approval: Review and approve delivery team timesheets
