As a Trainee – Career Consultant at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students toward the right career path in digital business and marketing.
This role focuses on student counselling, admissions support, and learner engagement, helping aspiring students make informed decisions about their future.
The role involves one-on-one counselling, admissions follow-ups, and consultative guidance, while developing robust communication, relationship-building, and sales skills in a fast-paced ed-tech environment. You will collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to support learner conversions and uphold a high-quality student experience.
