Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled MDM Engineer / Analyst to manage and support enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure across corporate and BYOD environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Mobile Security, and Device Compliance across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.

Requirements
Required Skills

4–6 years of experience in MDM / Endpoint Management

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune

Experience with:
- SCCM / MECM Co-management
- Conditional Access
- Compliance Policies
- Windows Autopilot
- Apple DEP/VPP
- Android Enterprise

Positive knowledge of:
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Microsoft 365 Security Stack
- PowerShell scripting
- VPN / Wi-Fi / Certificates (SCEP/PKCS)

Experience with ITSM tools:
- ServiceNow
- Jira Service Management
