About the Staff Engineer role
Responsibilities (not exhaustive)
â Make architectural tradeoffs, design, write and deliver highly scalable, reliable ,
secure and fault tolerant systems
â Be a role model for engineers, mentor engineers
â Demonstrate technical leadership and create impact across teams
â Apply AI for productivity and for features
â Drive software development while being secure and compliant
â Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development
standards
â Partner with the product management teams to define and execute the feature
roadmap
â Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design
â Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks,
changes and dependencies
â Coordinate with cross functional teams (Mobile, DevOps, Data, UX, QA etc.)
