As a Workday FIN Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering functional solutions across the Workday Financial Management ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, product leaders, and third-party vendors to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions. The role combines functional expertise, consulting, solution design, testing, and stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to mission-critical projects while working in a collaborative and fully remote environment. Your expertise will help organizations optimize their financial processes and maximize the value of their Workday investment. lead Workday Financial Management projects, contributing functional expertise throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support successful implementation.
- Conduct discovery and design sessions with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to understand business needs and develop appropriate functional solutions.
- Configure and support Workday FIN functionality while applying a strong understanding of relevant financial processes and business requirements.
- Design and develop complex Workday FIN reports that provide meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare clear functional designs, specifications, and supporting documentation for Workday solutions.
