About you and the role
The Invoice to Cash, Navi Mumbai Collections Senior Receivable Specialist is responsible for the Collection work processes of Dow customers. This role acts as the first level support for Receivable Specialist, leads continuous work process improvements, works on corporate initiatives and implementations, delivers training, ensures compliance with internal and external controls,
coordinates internal and external audit efforts, among other responsibilities. As a Senior Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for Works closely with other sub-functions in the Invoice to Cash organization to deliver exceptional service to customers and maintain profitability for Dow. This role is integral to the success of the Company and business specific cash flow objectives as well as achieving key enterprise targets such as Percent Current Receivables and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
This role has a strong interaction with finance, commercial, customer service, and DSS organizations.
