Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B field sales across assigned territories in Western Mumbai
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve business targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships
- Track team performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent target achievement
- Conduct regular market visits and on-ground coaching for team development
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and service delivery

Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B field sales
- Proven experience in team handling and target-driven roles
- Strong understanding of the Western Mumbai market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Result-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Comfortable with extensive field work and flexible working hours
