We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, taxation, and cost control while ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

â Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations

â Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

â Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

â Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management

â Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

â Monitor manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation

â Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities

â Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management

â Lead and mentor the accounts team for operational excellence
